Random Ban

All I did was download and launch it. played like 3 games in total of zombies and then my computer restarted while i was in a lobby and when logging back in I was banned.

Its hard for me to say what could possibly trigger the anti-cheat, but there's really nothing I can do other than to help you try to understand why you could've possibly been banned, and while this anti-cheat is really good, its not perfect, I hope that the staff can try to see if there is any possible false flags for the anti-cheat so they can improve it.

I don't want to be perma banned though if I don't know what the issue is. Even when the ban is lifted Ill get banned again if I don't know what caused it.

I think just to be safe, when it gets close for windows to update, do not have the game open, we can then see if that did cause the anti-cheat to get flagged

I don't want to even play it again since i got banned for no reason. Seems like a solution to this problem is having an appeal option to find out why the anti cheat falsely ban people

So I was waiting for my buddy to join my game and then I had a windows update and it restarted my computer while the game was open. Now it says I have a 6 day ban. I'm not sure what happened? I was just trying to play zombies with my buddy and I just go the launcher today. I saw on other posts it was a ban for cheating but did the windows update and the computer restarting cause the ban?
