I don't know how to play multiple mods on BO2 ZM, can anyone send me a vid?

if they are mods, then you need to use a tool like OAT to combine them into a single mod... only one mod at a time can be loaded.
if they are scripts (.gsc files) then you can just have them in the scripts folder and they will all load upon game start.
