bo2 ray gun mk2 probability

hi. does any1 know of a way to increase the ray gun mk2 probability on tranzit?
i am currently playing no power tranzit and need the mk2 to get higher rounds.
also to add, the poo mystery box "perma perk" just decreases the chances ten fold. mk2 already has a 66% of being void on a hit that wouldve landed you the mk2 due to coding and with the box "buff" it makes it way harder as the "buff" never got updated to include mk2 increase in weapon pool .
