Possible to save progress in BO2 Zombies co-op on a server?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it’s possible to save my progress. For example, if I complete some Easter Eggs or have a really good game with strong weapons, can I save the session so I can quit and continue later? or any other way to be able to return to it?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
