Shrynes maybe its the .NetFramework? try installing the official from the microsoft page, i got a error .NetFramework of the redist saying "This application cannot run on your computer, To find a version for your computer, check with the software publisher.", if is not try with the VisualC++ or the antivirus, I hope it helps
