Got this idiot cheating the entire match and couldn't kick him out because of his name

Pretty much what it says, we couldn't kick him out because of his weird ass name, and everytime he killed someone a message would pop up advertising the cheating tool
As you may imagine, it got tiring after a while, and no one could kick him out
