mw3 aizombies cant play

trying to join aizombies servers (aiz) and whenever i join even after manually installing the aiz mod, it says cannot download localized_ui_mp.ff and patch_mp.ff. but i already have the patch_mp.ff in my mods folder, and i cant find anyone with the localized file. i need help.
