I have no audio in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

I updated the drivers, reinstalled DirectX and Visual C++, and nothing, absolutely nothing. I can join a game and hear the voice chat, but not the game itself. Please help me; I can't find a solution to this. already tried installing the audio in my language and nothing worked.
