game does not open

I downloaded the game and it said open plutonium.exe to play
i opened it and the game crashed and brought me back to home screen
i m on windows 10 -
what should i do?

Can you give some more information about where exactly you crashed? Launcher, bootstrapper or in game? A screenshot before the crash would be helpful.
