Cant join friends on bo1 zombies

When i invite my mate to a private lobby on bo1 it gets stuck on the loading screen same thing happens to me when i try and join him this only happens on bo1 bo2 and waw are fine please help me!

its a post somewhere, something bout port forwarding, your have to set your pc up to host dedicated servers, that way private games work. seems to be only a black ops issue,
