Plutonium T6 only opening the run console, andd game itself does not launch.

I have:
Deleted antiviruses
Disabled overlays (steam, discord, shadowplay)
Redownloaded BO2 on steam: Including multiplayer and zombies
Deleted plutonium launcher entirely, and redownloading it again.
This is the only thing that shows up after the launcher itself disappears from my taskbar.
