[60] fps only with [vsync] Enabled Please help........

for the past 2 months i have trying to fix my framerate on the launcher every cod i load up always runs at 60 Fps When i try to tweak the settings and change my graphics and update my drivers i cant fix it i went to my amd graphics card software and atempted to tweak the fps there but when i loaded up the game its still 60 this started to piss me off and upset me... My system specs are 32 gigs of ddr5 ram an rx 6800 2tb ssd ryzen 7 7800x wifi 6 motherboard if anyone can help i would be thankful.

com_maxfps 144 in the console with v-sync off will have the max FPS be 144
If not then it might be a global setting on your PC like v-sync being on or FPS being capped in Nvidia's control panel for example

I Dont have nvidia my card is a amd the config file is also saying that im on 165 but im not thanks for asking tho.

Thank you so much bro i can actually go for high rounds with out my game playing bad i forgot to turn of amd freesync and it fixed my frames when i turned it off thank you so much ;/]
