I just signed up to play Black Ops 2 but damn I'm digging whatever is powering this forum. Is it in house development or can I get this for a project of mine?

Only thing i'll add is that if you want to customize it outside of Plugins, it's a bitch. Although it's good for mobile usage and pretty quick, at times we wish we didn't use it.
