Connection interrupted with low ping in T6 Multiplayer but no issue in Zombies.

Playing local matches with mates and my game spams connection interrupted even with 30 ping, it wont let me sprint but even when i host games it lags everyone and i feel the same as being in connection interrupted. This isn't an internet issue as i can play BO7 and zombies no issues at all.
