Zombies and Multiplayer Buttons in Main Menu not working. Or launching direct to multiplayer/zombies

Just wondering out of curiosity and maybe hope, do those main menu buttons have that switch the game mode (multiplayer to zombies or zombies to multiplayer) have any function to them? Can they be mapped? Or will they ever have function to them? I would like to use them if possible just wondering if it works for others or if not will it be a feature?
Is there also a possible way to launch straight to mp or zombies?

whenever i use them it seems to just close the game, but you can launch zombies directly using the bootstrapper and some arguments. the only issue is that the only tutorial ive found for this uses LAN mode, so you cant play online. the tutorial was made for steam deck though so if youre not using it it might be a little confusing but it worked on my windows laptop.

Regardless I want to be able to play online too not LAN only yk.
