Black screen on second monitor when launching BO1 Zombies

I recently got a new 1440p monitor and now have a dual monitor setup, with the secondary one being 1920x1080. Every time I launch BO1 Zombies (only happens on BO1) through Plutonium, it launches in the games default resolution on my second monitor and only displays a black screen. Is there any way to fix this?
Only solution I've found so far is unplugging my second monitor, launching the game, then plugging it back in :v
