BO2 Zombies DLC

Hello. I purchased BO2, however I did not purchase the DLC for other zombie maps. I was under the impression that using plutonium, the DLC for the other maps which normally have to be purchased would be accessible to me by simply owning the base game and using plutonium. Am I incorrect on this assumption? Is my only option to purchase the DLC via steam? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That used to be true, but not anymore. Plutonium had to stop providing DLC maps for legal reasons, so now you have to actually own the DLC to play them.
