Playable with CUT german version on steam?

In Germany you can only purchase the cut versions of Black Ops 1 and World at War. Will this still work with plutonium and will it be playable uncut? The german version has cut things like the nazi symbol and the ability to make crawlers

It will work but won't magically convert it to an uncut version.
