MW3 mouse glitch

Whenever I load up MW3 it wont let me hover my mouse to a selection and the only button that works is the dev console and esc. Is there a fix to this, if so please tell me so I can fix it and play.

Clean files are fixing that issue.

nvm mind i fixed it by using vid restart command on dev console
