Is there a tutorial video for making custom textures for MW3? I want to change the perks

I have all my perks changed in bo2 because i could find a tutorial that explained it very clearly for someone that barely knows about PCs and stuff. So im curious to know if there´s a variant for MW3 and WaW.
I know the process is not the same because i tried to change the gold camo and it didn't work somehow. Thanks
