Games crashes when starting

Whenever i start T6 Multiplayer, it will load, and then crash. Anyone know what i need to do to fix it?

Does it crash on the launcher, bootstrapper or in main menu?

Same problem, on me it crashes just as I press play on the launcher. It barely opens the bootstrapper for a millisecond, then everything becomes unresponsive and crashes.
Edit.: windows 7 isn't supported anymore and we have to upgrade to windows 10. I'm pissed as fuck -
