Help me please

Hello, I downloaded BO2 and then the files to change it to Spanish. I copied the extracted files to the folder where I had the game and replaced some files when it asked me if I wanted to. I don't know if that's the problem, but when I start the game, I get the following message: "Code execution cannot continue because XINPUT1_3.dll and D3DCOMPILER_43.DLL were not found."
I would appreciate any help. Thank you. -
