Yes, it is, just go to the following location and open the package
z_svr_bots.iwdwith WinRar or 7-zip and edit thebots.txtfile inside it to your liking and save,X:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\iw5\mods\bots -

Synoxic Go to
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5and place a file called bots.txt.
