Cant connect to a MP server

i cant connect to a match, it appears the map picture, and then a "Call of Duty Black Op2 console" opens and the game remains in a black screen

Well alt tab out of the blank screen, if a bo2 console pops up its likely that there's an error displayed too. Screenshot that error.
