Kinda fucked up and bought the wrong key.
And ofcouse i thought it was no problem to play with plutonium.
Is there any way to play MW3 microsoft store version with plutonium?

Just request a refund from Microsoft and you can buy the Steam version instead

Yes you could download the server version of the game. It is free and it download all the files from the MP, what is what you need to play.
Next time buy from steam to avoid any issues -
There's no reason to buy anything from the microsoft store ever tbh.
