Deleting Camos On MW3

I did unlockall, then regretted it and I want to do the camo grind. But I have resetstats, and even deleted localdata. I am level1, and don't have every unlock, but I still have every camo despite them saying "unlocked at X level". Selecting them puts it on my gun without levelling up. I wanna completely start fresh and work to get camos
