Map porting CSGO-MW3

Greetings, I hope you are all having a great day.
I created a couple of maps for CSGO a few years ago and was wondering how to port them to IW5-MW3.
Is there a tutorial i could learn from to accomplish this goal?
What additional software would i need to purchase?
This is another learning curve for me so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
