      anflous46 language changes are done in steam... right click on the game and click Properties, then General, then change the Language:

        Russian packages of CoD games are usually language-locked, meaning that you won’t be able to easily change the language of the game through Steam. Your options are the following:

        • Purchase the game from the Steam store and don’t redeem keys nor buy accounts that have the game without ensuring they’re not language-locked.
        • Find online a language patch of the language you’re interested in playing on and manually install it. You will not get help here for finding nor installing such patches.
