NO ME FUNCIONAN LOS ZOMBIES

Hola buenas, al iniciar partida en zombies bo2 en cualquier mapa me va a 5 FPS pero de normal el multiplayer me va a 64 FPS estables.
QUE PUEDO HACER O ALGUIEN ME AYUDA POR FAVOR. GRACIAS UN SALUDO -
