Progress not saved

Hello, sometimes my progress doesn’t save. I played to reach level 34 and unlock the gold camo for a weapon. I closed the game normally, and when I opened it again, I was back at level 28 and the camo progress was also lost. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. Any idea why? Any solution?

unknowghost No, it is not normal... the progress is saved 80% of the time. No one identified the reason why it doesn't get saved from time to time?
