      Try adding pluto as well as the whole %localappdata%/Plutonium to defender's exclusions. Also make sure you don't have these programs installed SONAR RADAR, SONAR STUDIO, GAMERSFIRST IV, NAHIMIC, ADVANCED SYSTEMCARE ULTIMATE, PREMIER OPINION.

        none of them installed and o have added exclusions but not working

          No clue then, some other app installed on your pc might be clashing with it. It's generally caused by antivirus programs, you sure you don't have any antivirus besides defender?
