Is there a way to make this work Online?
Unfortunately no. Plutonium devs would need to add it as a DVAR to the client for that to work.

Sorry to bother you. I’ve already placed “omnimovement.dll” in the “%localappdata%\Plutonium\plugins\” directory, but it still doesn’t seem to work. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong—could you please help me?

Make sure you launch the game in LAN mode.

Can I add this mod on a private server?
sledded not gonna work unless all your players have the plugin loaded on their client aswell which is not possible. if you only load it on a server without the same patches applied on your client you'll just jitter when trying to sprint omnidirectionally / when trying to shoot while dolphin diving. pluto devs would need to add it as a dvar
