Bo1 : Trying to make a local dedicated server for bo1 but server doesn't work/start up.

I've been trying to make a local dedicated server for the bo1 T5 client, I've followed the "Setting up a server" and have done everything needed in regards to just setting up a local server, but for some reason when I try to open the .bat file after setting everything up (server.cfg etc.) I keep getting the following errors and I am unable to connect in game using "localhost:". This is the only game client I haven't been able to get working and Im completely lost now as to what could be the issue, as every other cod client thats out right now; setting up a local dedicated server is for the most part the same. Help!
These are my set up file directories:
Server client folder with copy of T5 files + .bat files(as directed by tutorial): C:\gameserver\pluto_t5_full_game
Plutonium Launcher/server config file location: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5Error from .bat console,

You need to make sure your key is setup properly in the bat file. If you don't have a valid key or it's not in the
set key=<KEY>format, it won't be able to authenticate and pull the files needed.You mentioned local, but it looks like a call to Plutonium's servers is necessary.
