unable to load binary into memory

guys i was playing waw normally but one day this problem comes so help t4sp.exe not found
and t4sp.exe is there and all of it none of them was missing and thats happend on bo1 and bo2 i reinstalled plutonium and download directx from internet and vcredist -
Not really sure what the issue is exactly etc
Could be your antivirus or some security software whatever blocking something

FoxxoTV update to the latest version. r5314 should have resolved the error for paths containing special characters. If you're still facing that error on the latest version, make a separate post showing your path to the Plutonium folder as well as pictures of the errors you face.
