Authenticating doesn't go any further

I installed my game according to the instructions in the forum, followed all the steps. Everything worked out so far, but when I wanted to register, only "Authenticating" comes up and it loads. Have already reinstalled everything.

Might be a network issue, make sure firewall isn't blocking it, add it to exclusions and if these don't work either, try a VPN.
