Hello. I got banned using mod on a Lan private server on Cod5 Waw. Being banned by using mod on your own private game and nothing else is RIDICULOUS.

chocolatine31 no, not reading the anti-cheat documentation before cheating (especially the big red box explaining that you can't do what you did) and then complaining is ridiculous...

either way, now you know! All you can do is wait out your 7 days and remember to not do it again! 👍

by default plutonium allows you to unlock all guns and customize them. Not sure why you need to do such a thing

Hello, I would like to appeal my ban. I don't know why I was banned; I don't know if I used an application I shouldn't have. It all happened out of ignorance. I would appreciate it if you could lift the ban because I want to play.

I’m not staff, but let me tell you something — bans are fair for everyone. If you were to get unbanned, that would be unfair to others. That means you’re completely screwed. Plutonium gives you a second chance by waiting out the ban period, but maybe you created more accounts and doubled the time.

I’m not going to criticize you, because there would be no point in doing so.
However, I would like to know why you chose to cheat in the first place.

What was the idea behind that decision, and what were you hoping to achieve?

I’ve read many comments such as, “I was banned and I don’t know why,” and “I cheated and learned my lesson.” But I still don’t really understand the reasoning behind it.

P.S. I don’t mean to be rude in any way. I’m genuinely trying to understand why someone would choose cheating instead of focusing on self-improvement.

                    Hi,

There is no point in calling you anything. Why?

Simple: it wouldn't change anything. Quite the contrary.

Also, I do not condone cheating in any way or form. However, I do think you have probably learned a good lesson here: shortcuts do not always help you.

I've sucked at online FPS games my whole life. In fact, back in the golden days of MW3 (TeknoMW3), I used to have a 0.61 K/D ratio.

Self-improvement is the key to success in every aspect of life. If you really want to get good at FPS games, start with an aim trainer. Use Aim Lab and try the Voltaic Novice Benchmark.

If you enjoy it and want to improve further, then upgrade to Kovaak's.

It is not compulsory to make mistakes in order to learn from them. There are always alternative ways to acquire knowledge or develop a skill.
In this case, you cheated because you thought that most of the players who are really good at the game were probably cheating as well.
That is a common misconception. However, if your perspective had been different, you could have considered another possibility: that they were simply doing things differently.
Instead of assuming they were cheating, you could have looked at what they were doing better and tried to learn from it.
