Issue with initialisation BO2

Hey guys,
I can't play BO2 because I get an error message when I launch the game. Here's a screenshot.
I've selected the correct folder where BO2 is installed (via Steam), but it's still not working. Any ideas?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
