[ZM] Add the WaveGun to all maps

wavegun in all maps!!! ^_^
- Shangri-la had issues getting the wavegun to work, so I had to remove the babygun and unload some fx
- on cotd and shangri-la when you use the wavegun on zombies it has a water splash effect instead of the wavegun effect (weird glitch ig lol)

where put the folder?
fullmetalmindd go to your plutonium directory, you can find this by pushing win button + R and going to plutonium/storage/t5/mods and drop it in that mods folder and then you should be able to load it from the main menu under mods (if you don't have a mods folder make one)
