any way to appeal a non cheating ban?

ive never cheated so im not sure how i got banned but my best guess is ive left process hacker open from playing bo3 zombies other than that i genuinely have no idea wtf i did

You can use lan mode, and there a client that help you play fully offline.
Or you can try somewhere else.
