When i start the game i hear the menu sound and if I move my mouse y hear the vfx sounds but

Check your cmd prompt when your game loads. if you have yellow messages saying "ipak file not found:", look into those files in the zone folder of the game files. Depending on your game copy, the name might not match what plutonium is searching to load. My case was the English folder "base.ipak" file was named "en_base.ipak". i removed the "en_" and my main menu appeared as normal.
