MW3 não funciona! CMD travado!

Simplesmente toda vez que tento iniciar o jogo, fica travado nessa tela! nada funciona, uso o servidor dedicado da steam, ja adicionei as DLC para ver se era isso, ja tentei baixar o jogo completo e também não funcionou, tenho o Black Ops 2 e ele funciona normal mente! Já tentei desativar o anti virus e nada! preciso de ajuda!
