Connecting to Services issue in Black ops 2

Is everyone having issue in in Black ops 2 or is it just me whenever i start the game and click on Online its says connecting to online services and Than error screen pops up but BO1 is running just fine if it was a firewall issue why is it not happening to BO1? please help i love BO2 and play it with friends but cannot get it to work somehow for the past 2 days
