Based off what information? The readme actually states the exact opposite; a T7 client will never be made by us.

What Luigi said. BO3 will never happen as it already has dedicated servers and modding tools. What's there to be added by us? Nothing. Therefore no BO3.
If the devs want to pick up other games, they'll do it at their discretion. Making a client is a lot of hard work and they won't do it just because people ask for it.
