dlcs broken in vanilla?

i tried to play another mod loader and it had me verify integrity of files because i was missing steam.dll i cant remember the full file name, but now i can only play dlcs in plutonium and i cant play them in my other mod loader. all the dlc's files are still in my game folder, i just cant launch them through vanilla or the other mod loader i already had set up.
