No, there is not a list based on who bans X or Y chat interaction anywhere
The immense majority of people either don't care or disable the chat
I recommend that you play on servers then switch when you're offended or simply disable the game chat and play in peace, this is COD -

@Ancyte you could get away with IW4MAdmin and a decent word filter I think, like said above most people aren't gonna bypass the filter much
