Bo2 zombies online doesnt work

I am trying to play bo2 zombies online and it just loads for a while and then says the servers are unavailable (weirdly doing the same stuff it does when i just launch it through steam). i cant open the friends menu either but when i launch it in lan mode i can play just fine but, yknow, i wanna play online, i dont know what to do.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
