Game Crashes Loading Up

I have downloaded the game for the first time, downloaded the piry and then ran Plutonium (On Windows 10). I selected the folder containing the downloaded items and the game starts loading then crashes. I checked the potential threats and nothing came up. Please help.

When does it crash, on the launcher, the bootstrapper or main menu? Download this too just in case https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
