Numbers top left of my screen fix? (Zombies)

Hello,
About a month ago me and my friend tried to play a origins gauntlet mod, which required you to use a script, the script didnt work for us but afterwards, even after deleting the mod i get a long string of numbers on the top left of my screen.
Not only that but when i start a zombies match during the very begin right after loading a bunch of things appear on my screen, it refers to the long string of numbers as a identifier and lists some otherthings about plutonium, a "Lui checksum" and a "csc checksum"
If anybody knows what this is and how to also get rid of it i would be very thankful if you told me.
Already, thank you for your time.
PS: Id link the mod i downloaded that caused the issue, but this is my first time posting so i cant sadly
You can find the mod under the youtube video by youtuber "Chrrism" which is called "Origins, but each round has a different challenge" the mod itself is called "T6 TOMB GAUNTLET" by github users Zi0MIX and mbahgatTech. -
There is probably some leftover files from the mod i suggest to download it and just look into it where it has the files so you can track them and delete them in your system

Go to the options > settings > game, and disable the settings "auto flash script hashes" and "draw game identifier".
