How do i change the server browser? (BO2)

i dont know why but today my server browser changed to the one shown in this image and i was wondering how can i change it? i checked black ops 1 and it hasnt changed but the black ops 2 server browser has changed. pls helpppppppphellohuy it's the new server browser that came with this latest update.

DirkRockface do you know if theres a way to set the old one back to default? the new one I cant see the round that the server is on.
