Maximizer Blake that’s unfortunately the drawback of playing with more than the intended number of players. You’d need a mod to account for 9+ and optimise the game code to not consume a lot of resources. There’s the following mod by JezuzLizard that achieves this, but at the moment it’s not ready to be used on all maps without making some additions due to compile errors: https://github.com/JezuzLizard/t6-zm-18p-mod

Maximizer Blake you’d need to be knowledgeable with gsc scripting, which I don’t think an average user will have a pleasant experience getting into, thus I suggest you wait for the maintainer of the mod to update it and make a download available.
